Safety is the product.

• Invite-only. People come in through someone who has worked with them. That keeps the graph honest from the start.
• Verified credits, not self-claims. A credit on a project counts only when the people you worked with confirm it. Reputation is earned from real, confirmed work.
• Reputation that cannot be bought. Standing comes from confirmed work and peers, weighted so fake accounts cannot inflate it.
• One-tap reporting and blocking on every profile and every piece of work.

• Impersonation, fake identities, or claiming work and credits that are not yours.
• Harassment, threats, hate, or abuse of any kind.
• Spam, scams, or attempts to defraud other members.
• Posting infringing, stolen, or explicit content.
• Misusing private or invited-only work shared with you.

Breaking these can mean removed content, lost Standing, or a removed account. See the Terms of Use.

On any profile or work, use Report to flag a problem. Pick a reason, add details, and send. Reports are confidential. We review credible reports and act on them, which can include warning, restricting, or removing an account.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Block removes a person from your view and stops them reaching you. You can unblock at any time. Blocking is private; the other person is not told.

Crew helps you find and vet talent, but any engagement, hire, or payment is between you and the other person. Do your own due diligence: check confirmed credits, talk before you commit, agree terms in writing, and never send money you cannot account for. Crew is an intermediary and is not a party to your arrangements.

If a dealing goes wrong or feels like a scam, report it so we can protect others.
